Many dedicated people working in social services report needing training and consultation that is trauma-informed and focuses on building dignity and meaningful relationships through which healing and transformation can occur. The Social Strategies team has a wealth of very specialized knowledge that collectively serves the social service ecosystem, from on the ground, evidence-based protocols for providers to governance and oversight models for agency leaders, to system and structural knowledge of what works in the legislative and regulatory environment.
